What makes success better than failure? Or pain worse than pleasure? If I did my best, I could have done no more. If I learn from the failure instead of hating it, I will learn more because I hold it in my mind and see the steps I took and see where I had my misstep. Perhaps out of lack of attention I will still fall off the last stair I didn’t see, but if I keep falling and hurting myself, I will eventually get the point. Painful memory sticks in our memories longer. Do not let them take the gloves off your hand unless they want to dirty them up
